SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING LYCEUM ALUMNI
FOR THE PAST FIFTY YEARS
As Lyceum of the Philippines University celebrates its 57th anniversary in 2009, it is fitting that it pays tribute to all alumni the past fifty years especially the alumni who have excelled in their various fields.
Towards this end, the Lyceum Alumni Association and the Office of the Alumni Affairs are conducting a nationwide search for Outstanding Lyceum Alumni, living or has passed away.
In the past golden years, Lyceum alumni have risen to prominence in:

The Arts - Literature, Theatre, Music, Dance, Visual Arts, and Film
Business, Banking and Accounting
Community Service and Advocacy
Education
The Engineering Professions
Entertainment
Fashion Design
Industry and Public Utilities
The Legal Profession
The Media-Print, Radio and Television
The Medical Profession
Public Service - in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government
Science and Technology
Sports

There is no limit to the number of nominations as to individual, friends and relatives, including those of deceased alumni, are invited to submit nominations as well.
As defined by the LYCEUM ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC. an alumnus/alumna of Lyceum of the Philippines University is one who has:
- Graduated from any of the College of the Lyceum of the Philippines University, or
- Completed two successive school years in any department/college of the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
Nominations shall include the following:
- Letter of nomination
- Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
- One (1) piece 8" x 10" and two (2) pieces 2" X 2" photographs, colored or black-and-white
The Board of Judges shall select the Outstanding Lyceum Alumni.
Nomination should be submitted on or before September 29, 2008, at the Office of Alumni Affairs, Lyceum of the Philippines University.
