Dear Alumni:
Since becoming President of Lyceum several years ago, I have found that one of the most enjoyable aspects of my position is the opportunity to get to know Lyceum alumni. I have met Lyceum alumni from all walks of life and every encounter has been a pleasure.
I believe that one of the strongest foundations of any educational institution is its alumni. I hope that our alumni in every corner of the globe will share ideas and perspectives on ensuring Lyceum’s position as a nationally competitive university that is responsive to the needs of its students, alumni and society.
A united alumni can be an asset not only to the school but more importantly, among alumni themselves. It is for this reason that I am quite thrilled with the idea of an alumni organization that can now harness the potential of the internet and provide a powerful connection among our alumni and their alma mater.
I am sure that many of you relive your years nestled within the walled city and cradled by friends, classmates and professors. Nostalgic moments are gems and treasures of the past are cherished. It is my fervent wish that this website will renew old relationships, reopen previous channels of relationships and pave new avenues of friendship and support among our alumni and the Lyceum that we all love.
May all of you continue to carry Lyceum’s torch out into the world and let the world know how proud you are of your alma mater!
