METHOD OF INSTRUCTION
The professors in the College of Law usually use the modified Socratic method, that is, by questions and answer accompanied by discussion
of codal provisions or illustrative cases. This is calculated to develop the analytical skills of the students, to engender a healthy
skepticism of settled conclusions, rules and dogmas, and to improve the oral communication skills of students. In procedure subjects, the
clinical method is preferred so that the students are exposed to the realities of law practice and they learn by doing actual practice.
The lecture method is used in few review subjects.
