BS in Computer Science

This is designed to prepare students for the scientific approach in solving problems by developing solutions that can work within the given constraints of the available hardware and software tools.

A CS major will be trained with a considerable amount of knowledge in the theoretical and mathematical aspects of computing. In addition, one will acquire the ability and skills to communicate effectively with users and fellow IT professionals in dealing with computing issues and to understand, assess, and use new and existing technologies.

Job Opportunities are in the areas of Application software development; Systems software development; Systems analysis; Software engineering; Systems programming; Database management; and Web Development.


BS in Information Technology

This is designed to prepare students to be well-versed in the technical aspects of information technology in order to manage and utilize the existing and future information technology resources and requirements of an organization's information infrastructure.

An IT major will be trained with the fundamental principles and hands-on practices in information technology functions of integrating, designing, developing and managing computing and telecommunication resources and services, system development and application.

Job opportunities are in the areas of Web development; Information systems, Information security; Disaster recovery; Telecommunications; and Network administration


BS in Information Management

This is designed to prepare students in solving problems of an organization's business processes by utilizing their management concepts and computing background in specifying the appropriate information systems and technology for managers and users to achieve the desired results.
