The Lyceum Central Student Government (LYCESGO) is the highest governing body of all bonafide Lyceum students. Its principal concern is the promotion of the welfare and protection of the student rights.
It promotes and upholds academic freedom in pursuit of the goal of academic excellence. It advances and carries on the tradition of enlightened nationalism as basic elements of a truly responsive Lyceum education.
It promotes and maintains harmonious and peaceful relationships among the studentry, and with faculty members and the administration based on mutual trust, respect, honesty, equality and fairness. It adheres to democratic principles and processes, and abides by the rule of the majority.
The officers of the LYCESGO are elected by officers representing the different college councils of the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business Administration, College of International Relations, College of Engineering, College of International Hospitality Management, and College of Computer Studies.
Jesus League is a Bible-believing Christian organization. It envisions itself to transform students to live spiritually and morally upright individuals in the service for God, country and humanity. It exists to reach the Lyceum students to help them share in God's word, to offer themselves in service to Christ and to care for one another.
This organization is an honorary society that aims to unite brilliant scholars of Lyceum and to recognize their scholastic achievement.

This organization seeks to promote and develop Christian leadership and ideals among Lyceum students through programs and activities that foster spirituals and moral development of the students.
This organization aims to cultivate and enrich students' artistic inclinations through the theater. It gives students the chance to develop themselves specifically in the fields of acting, music, dance, directing, theatrical production and stage management.
This organization was established in 1990, armed with a vision of promoting culture, arts and traditions through the performing arts. Its members are trained in the Philippine folk, ethnic, modern, and contemporary dances to develop a wide range of repertoires.
The Lyceum of the Philippines University Chorale is an organization of musically inclined students with a love, passion and enthusiasm for singing. Formally established in 1999, the Lyceum Chorale has since consisted of carefully selected and trained students.
This organization aims to gather young, dynamic and passionate individuals who would be UNICEF's advocates to Filipino youth. Envisioning that anyone can be of help anytime, anywhere and in any way, the two month program aims to strengthen the participation of students from the different colleges and universities to the different fund raising efforts of UNICEF in the Philippines.
